The Effect of University Context on Academics' Engagement with Industry

چکیده
Drawing on the theory of planned behavior, this study investigates impact academics' perception university context their engagement with industry via mediation intention to industrial collaborations. The third mission and supportive policy were put forward as two influence factors. From analysis results 564 questionnaire responses, we found that had significant effect academic engagement. In addition, relationship between mission, partially mediated by collaboration.
